If you request signature confirmation it is your responsibility to have someone at your location to accept and sign for the package.

For freight shipping of large items such as furniture we can only offer Free Pickup at our location or freight shipping arranged by the buyer. If your live in any states bordering Minnesota we may be able to ship large heavy items with SpeeDee which is usually less expensive than other shippers. We will notify you if we change shipping source to save shipping time and/or cost. We will do all we can to get the cost of shipping down which includes checking prices other than USPS and perhaps changing your shipper to FedEx or UPS. Therefor shipping may be calculating considerably higher than necessary. Our items require estimating the size and weight of after the package is assembled which is not possible for in our situation, especially if the item requires more than one box. IMPORTANT! WE use calculated shipping on Etsy which is only available for USPS. WE DO COMBINED SHIPPING whenever possible. If they buyer request re-shipment additional shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. or are returned because of refused delivery or undeliverable will not be refunded. Items returned without RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST. It is up to the buyer to insure the return shipment for loss or damage. Orders returned which are damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Unless an item is obviously described incorrectly it will not be eligible for a full refund for the reason of "not as described". We make every effort to give a thorough descriptions and list any flaws we find and include pictures showing the condition and all aspects of the items. We do our best to eliminate any of this but will not use artificial cover ups to hide odors that a good airing doesn't take care of. Because these items are all vintage and at least 20 years old they will be used and cannot be expected to be in new condition, there may be minor defects, old items with fabric content may have some detectable odors and discoloration as would be expected from long storage. This is not for you if you’re looking for perfection.
